Want to add a few yards to your golf drive, feel less tired after a day at work, gain back some of your flexibility or just be able to pick-up the grand children? Let our certified, experienced Personal Trainers show you how to get the most out of your workout, in less time and with greater results. Our Wellness Specialists are ready to provide you with the expertise and the motivation necessary to achieve your fitness goals.


Each 60-minute session is designed specifically for you utilizing the latest equipment and proven techniques. With a Personal Trainer you are less likely to incur injury, become discouraged or reach an exercise plateau.


Whether you use our trainer’s daily, weekly or on an occasion our expert staff will show you how to achieve your goals faster, safer, with guaranteed results. (If at any time you are not satisfied with a session we will give you a full refund)

Two YMCA members may share the same session at a rate of $35.00 per session.

Fitness Assessment

The YMCA offers fitness assessments that will give you a true picture of your physical health. The assessment includes a blood pressure check, resting heart rate, body fat analysis, a cardiovascular test, a muscle endurance test and a flexibility test. As an added service our Wellness Staff will design a workout plan to assist you with your fitness goal.

Ready to be Fit Program

Is this your first health club experience? Is your workout producing the desired results? Have you started an exercise and/or diet program only to quit after a few weeks? Want to overcome these obstacles? Try our “Ready to be Fit Program”. Ready to be Fit is a 12-week program designed specifically for you, with individual attention and support from our Wellness Professionals. Program participants receive 4 personal training sessions and a YMCA T-shirt. The next session is scheduled for September see Welcome Center or Wellness staff for more details.

Exercise and Cycling

The YMCA offers the best group instruction program in the area. All classes are taught by certified, experienced instructors. Together they lead 17 cycling classes and more than 25 group exercises classes per week. Classes offered include low and high impact Aerobics, Core training, Body Sculpting, Kick-boxing, Tai Chi, Pilates, classes for senior adults, pre-natal care and more.


Whether you’re a beginning student or an experienced participant the YMCA has a class for you. (Most classes are free to YMCA members, see the Welcome Center staff for details)
