Aqua Sync - Instructors: Dennis, Paul, & Monica - 8:00am - 9:00am, 9:00am - 10:00am Monday - Friday & 5:30pm - 6:30pm Mondays and Thursdays
This water class allows you to do intense movements with the water while allowing for less impact. This routine will provide you with a strong cardiovascular pool workout while increasing your muscular strength and endurance.

Indoor Cycling - spinning - is a high intensity exercise on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in a 45 minute calorie-crunching session! Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it's great at toning muscles to make you very strong.

Line dancing involves coordinated movements of the entire body. Paying attention to your posture, arm movements, and footwork.
Tred N Shed - Instructor: Cindy - 9:00am - 10:00am - Tuesdays & Thursdays
A group fitness workout that combines cardio with targeted strength training exercises in the water.



Chair Volleyball - Instructor: Donita - 8:00am - 10:00am - Mondays & Wednesdays
This game promotes exercise and socialization for seniors or those with limited mobility. It uses a beach ball as the volleyball, pickleball net, and gloves are recommended.
STIX - Instructor: Holly - 5:30pm - 6:30pm - Thursdays & 8:15am - 9:15am - Saturdays
Cardio Drumming - a combination of dance steps and exercise movements with fast-paced, intense cardio workout for the whole body.
Enhanced Together - Instructor: Lindy - 10:15am - 11:00am - Fridays
This class is characterized by aerobic dance movements to upbeat music. Participants can use chairs for support.
