Senior Activities and Services
BRADD Lunch Program
Partnering with Barren River Area Development District (BRADD), seniors sixty and up can fill out an application at the Welcome Center for free warm lunches Monday - Friday from 11am - 12pm. The program is locate at the back of the building in the childcare wing.
Senior BINGO
Senior BINGO is held every third Wednesday of the month after BRADD lunch is finished serving. Small prizes are presented to the winners,
Silver Sneakers
This class meets every week day (except Fridays) from 10:15am-11am. On Fridays, we have a similar class called Enhanced Together at that time. This class focuses strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. A chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
Senior Chair Volleyball
This class promotes exercise and socialization for seniors and those with limited mobility. It uses a beach ball as the volleyball, pickleball net, and gloves are recommended but not required.
