Focused on holistic health, these sessions include initial movement assessments, personalized goal setting, and guidance on nutrition and proper form to improve strength, weight loss, and overall well-being.

20 years of experience, Jason knows the ins and outs of personal training and how to cater to your needs. Personal training is $25 for an hour Monday - Thursday from 7am - 2pm, Friday - all day, & Saturday - 7am, 8am , 9am, 11am, or 12pm.


Spencer Baird
Spencer may be young but he's energetic! This means he is ready to work for your best you. You won't regret booking a personal training session with him! Personal training with Spencer is $25 for an hour Monday - Thursday from 3pm - 7pm & Saturday from 12pm - 4pm.
